01. Store Operator & Application of These Terms

By placing an order through roveliazg.com, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to the transaction, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment & Security information.

02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, materials, intended-use information, pricing, and availability accurately.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, manufacturing tolerances, production batches, natural color variation, or other reasonable product variations.

Customers should review available product measurements, specifications, setup information, weight or capacity information where applicable, and intended-use details before purchase, particularly where an outdoor product must fit a specific camping setup, storage space, shelter area, vehicle campsite, or intended activity.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation indicates that an order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks have been completed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the purchase.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.

07. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly.

Where relevant, please provide photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, missing components, setup area, or issue being reported.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer for an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, limited-time offers, and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Products purchased through our store must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable product information, specifications, setup instructions, warnings, maintenance guidance, weight or capacity limits, and precautions.

Customers should review the product dimensions, intended environment, weather limitations, assembly or setup requirements, and recommended use before using outdoor camping equipment.

Outdoor products should be positioned, assembled, secured, stored, and used in a manner appropriate for the surrounding environment. Where applicable, customers should consider terrain, wind, heat, fire, moisture, weight limits, stability, ventilation, and other conditions relevant to safe outdoor use.

Camping lights, furniture, storage products, shelters, cooking equipment, sleeping equipment, fire-related products, and other outdoor gear should only be used for their intended purpose and according to applicable product instructions.

Customers are responsible for selecting and using purchased products appropriately for their intended activity, environment, and circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on roveliazg.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
